Hi Marc,

Planning is so vital and I'm constantly struggling to plan long term.

So many ideas and new ebooks to read keep distracting me, so I've taken action and downloaded a free planning tool from ganttproject.biz

I think its the documenting of your plan which helps keep you on track as you can actually see if you have ticked the job off.

Thanks for the post.

Hi Marc

Keeping up the plan is not an easy task at all, I have the same problem. Just need to finish all the A list thing before getting to the next. I'm way behind Alex's coaching, hope to catch up soon.

All the best

Good article Marc,

Keep planning for succcess and it will come -- the only thing that can stop progress is ourselves. Stop by the blog -- I'd appreciate any comments you might have.

Hi Marc,

Great advice - and I was just as guilty of not planning properly.

I'm now taking time to plan - sometimes an hour or more on a Sunday evening to plan the week ahead.

I can tell your readers - it's working. Although it doesn't eliminate the odd bad day, you're still able (after a break), to come back to your plan and pick up where you left off.

Talk soon,
Andrew.

Marc,

Always great having someone reminding me I need to plan more.

Alex obviously brought up its importance, you happened to explain it exactly like I needed to hear it.

Thanks,
